Aurelius Zacharias Pevetos and Silvanus Ammonius, both village leaders from the colony of Demetrius of Hermopolis, accepting the opinion of the fellow villagers, greetings to Tyrannus, deacon of the church of Hermopolis. We are filled by you with all public, whether of regular titles or of annuities, for the twelfth indiction from the full of the fields, that is, five thousand talents of silver, which become a hundred thousand silver units, and for this reason we have given you this receipt for your security, and having been asked, we have confessed.
Aurelius Zacharias Pevetos and Silvanus Ammonius, the signatories, have given this receipt as it is stated; the same Zacharias wrote on behalf of Vano, letters unknown.
