from Achilleus, son of Apollonios, grandson of Lourios,
also known as Apollonios Hellene, from the Gymnasium quarter,
a notary (nomographos). Since I was examined
by Didymos, deputy chief judge, in the 13th year
of Aurelius Antoninus Caesar the lord,
in the month Mesore, and received authorization from
the xenikon praktor (official responsible for foreigners), and since my relative
Didymarion, daughter of Apollonios, son of Posidonios, has submitted on my behalf
sufficient proof concerning the notarial profession,
which belongs to her personally, in accordance with the documents she has presented to you,
worthy of the amount fixed by Calvisius
Faustinianos, the most excellent former official, in addition to
her own account; I submit this and request that you order
the appropriate action to be taken, as in similar cases.
I have appended copies of both the memorandum of my examination
conducted by Didymos, deputy chief judge, and of the authorization.
