In the tenth year of the reign of King Gunthamundus, on the sixteenth day before the Kalends of December, in the presence of Processanus and Siddina, his wife, from their own culture, under the dominion of [Flavius] Geminus, in perpetuity, in the places and names of their own, the place which is called Tres Arboris, they have made an agreement.

And from this day, Geminius Felix sold four quadrants of the olives which were received by Processanus and Siddina, his wife, and they took them before the signatories, and they responded that nothing more was owed to them than the same price that they had before they sold them, and they had held the rights to them, and from this day, in the name of Felix, the buyers have transferred their heirs in perpetuity.
