English Translation

In the 8th year of Emperor Caesar Domitian Augustus Germanicus,
in the month of Domitian (Egyptian month Hathyr), day 10.
Orsenouphis, son of Hephaistion, and partners, having been assigned grain-tax from Philadelphia,
we have measured from the produce of the seventh year,
belonging to the Hephaistiades settlers, inhabitants of Thermion, (land) of Herakleides, through Heras the farmer,
by the public standard measure, clean wheat, two and one-eighth, total wheat: two artabas and one-eighth, plus the additional measures.
(Second hand:) I, Heras son of Chairemon, have signed off: wheat two and one-eighth artabas.
(Third hand:) I, Androus son of Besas, have signed off: wheat two and one-eighth artabas.
