διό, γνήσιε τέκνον μου Ἀπφοῦς, θάρσι
κ(υρί)ῳ θ(ε)ῷ τῷ ῥύσαντί σε τότε ἀπὸ βρέφους καὶ νῦν πάλιν.

Translation

"To the Father, I have used these voices, the angel of God who has rescued me from all my evils. Therefore, my genuine child Apphus, take courage in the Lord God who rescued you then from infancy and now again. The Almighty God will keep you safe."
