ἐπιδεχόμεθα λαξείαν τῶν οἰκοδομουμένων λίθων κύβων καμηλικῶν ἀπὸ βορινῆς λατομίας εἰς οἰκίαν σου τῆς Ἀντωνίας ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Παμμένους Παραδείσου μισθοῦ τῆς λαξείας τῶν μὲν ἐξωτέρω λίθων κύβων καμηλικῶν ὡς τῶν δέκα ἓξ δραχμῶν τεσσ[ά-]ρων [τ]ῶν δὲ ἐ[σ]ωτεριαίων ὡς τῶν τρι[άκ]οντ[α δρα]χμῶν τεσσάρων καὶ τῶν [ἀ]ντιβλ̣η̣μάτων ὡς τῶν ἑκατὸν λίθων κύβων καμηλικῶν δραχμῶν τριῶν καὶ κεφαλειτοπαραμηκῶν

Copy. To Antonias Asclepiadis and Kyrias
through Apollonius the steward from Asclatus of Alexandria and Apollonius Amoius, mother of Taurus, both from the city of Oxyrhynchus.
We accept the hewn stones of the building blocks, camel-shaped, from the northern quarry to your house of Antonias at the crossroad of Pammenus Paradise, the wage for the hewing of the outer stones, camel-shaped, as six drachmas of ten, and for the inner stones as four drachmas of thirty, and for the counterweights as three drachmas of one hundred camel-shaped stones and for the outer stones, camel-shaped, as eight drachmas of six, and for the inner stones, camel-shaped, as eight drachmas of thirty, and for the hewn stones of camel-shaped blocks as forty drachmas of four, and for the hewn stones of the head-shaped blocks as eight drachmas of fifty. All the aforementioned shall be hewn without any charge to us for the construction, and each of us shall receive daily one loaf of bread and a side dish for each day worked. If the builders have need of assistance in the hewing, we shall assist, or any one of us shall receive four drachmas of wage for each day and each of us likewise shall receive one loaf of bread and a side dish for each day. Until the second and twentieth of the current month, when you are absent, others shall take over the same hewing of the aforementioned stones, camel-shaped, from the northern quarry.
